yess you guessed it right it’s IND vs PAK!
The game of cricket which is celebrated grandly in our country, what better occasion to have the World Cup in INDIA and the most awaited match in World Cricket. To Experience a world cup match of Ind vs Pak and that too in India is just a dream of many!
This game is so so so special for all the Indians as the biggest game is happening between the two neighbouring nations even after having some intense situations amongst them. The emotions are in the sky as the game is occurring after 10 long years in India and in the biggest stadium, hence the pressure is at it’ peak on both the teams.
An opening ceremony was held before the game and it all started with, The masterclass by one and only Arijit Singh singing the ‘Vande Mataram’ along with more than 1 lac people in the stadium, literally everyone could feel the goosebumps. A moment one can never forget and can cherish for his whole life. This was followed by some performances from many artists like Sukhwinder Singh and Shankar Mahadewan.
India was ready to make it 8-0 to Pakistan in the ODI world cups maintaining an upper hand of not being beaten by pakistan even once, and pakistan was determined to knock India down for the first time!
The bowlers of India came all guns blazing over Pakistan, and set the game for their batsmans, with a very below par target of just 192 in 50 overs. The bowling was all about brilliance from Jasprit Bumrah, and other bowlers too complimented him very well.
Then came the magic from the HitMan of India, none other than Rohit Sharma, who thrashed the Pakistani bowlers all over the park with his absolute entertaining knock of 86 runs which came through six delightful sixes and the same number of boundaries. Meanwhile the umpire joked with Sharma, there is something in his bat that is unknowingly helping him with the sixes, then Ro just showed his biceps!
Ro deserved a hundred but eventually got out on a slower delivery from Afridi 🙁 and then Iyer and Rahul finished the game without any further hurdles. A complete performance from India and outplayed Pakistan in all parts of the game, a perfect day for the crowd and all the Indians out there.
FIRECRACKERS all over India, and everyone just dancing their heart out with pure joy after such a brilliant performance by the Indians, and it all ended with The Pakistani captain Babar Azam was seen taking a signed jersey from The modern day KING KOHLI, AHH a sight never to be forgotten!
