Kusal Mendis Wife:

Kusal Mendis is a right-hand batsman and occasional leg spin bowler. Kusal made his Test debut against England at Galle International Stadium in November 2015 and scored a century in the second innings of the match, thus becoming the youngest Sri Lankan to achieve this feat.

Kusal Mendis, born on 2nd December in Colombo. Kusal Mendis married his long-time girlfriend Heshani Silva on 12th January 2019 in Colombo. The couple had been dating for over 6 years before getting married. This was supposedly rumour in the news portals.

In February 2021, Kusal Mendis married Nishell in Colombo.They met approximately a year before their marriage in a church, and they tied the knot in the same church where they first met.

Kusal and Nishell have a baby girl together who was born in 2022. But, the name of the baby has not been disclosed to the public. Nishell follows Christianity, just like her husband, and she is a Sri Lankan citizen holding a Sri Lankan passport.

As of now, Nishell does not have a presence on social media platforms, including Instagram, as she does not have a public account.

Kusal Mendis Controversies

Kusal Mendis made his international debut at the young age of 20 against West Indies in 2015. Despite his short career, it has been marred by controversies.

In 2020, Kusal Mendis was arrested after his vehicle hit an elderly cyclist, who later passed away in the hospital. Kusal Mendis was released on bail the next day. In 2021, Mendis was banned for a year by Sri Lankan Cricket for breaching the bio-bubble in England.
